What is call analysis worth to you?
Enter eight numbers and the result updates instantly. Revenue and gross profit stay on separate lines, and every coefficient shows where it came from.
Your numbers
Sample values are pre-filled; replace them with your own. The two optional inputs (staff cost, deal value) are left out of the calculation instead of counting as zero.

This is an estimate, not an industry average. It uses only your inputs and the assumption marked in the table. Revenue is not profit; gross profit is calculated separately with your margin.
| Input | Value | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Sales calls per month | 40 | your input |
| Note-writing minutes per call | 25 | your input |
| Staff cost per hour | not provided | your input |
| Calls whose follow-up gets lost | 25% | your input |
| Share recovered by the analysis | 40% | our assumption |
| Call to closed deal rate | 20% | your input |
| Average deal value | not provided | your input |
| Gross margin | 30% | your input |
| Plan cost (monthly) | 29 | price list |
The source column says where each line comes from: your input, the price list, or our assumption.

How we calculate
There are two separate gain lines: time spent writing notes and deals recovered from follow-ups that would have been lost. They are never mixed.
- Time saved: monthly calls times note-writing minutes per call. Without a staff cost this line is not shown as money.
- Sales effect: only the recovered share of calls with a lost follow-up is multiplied by the close rate and the average deal value.
- Profit: additional revenue is multiplied by your gross margin. Plan cost comes from the price list; no price is hard-coded on the page.
Common questions
Why two separate gain lines?
Because revenue is not profit. Time savings and gross profit stay apart; the total gain is their sum.
Where do the assumptions come from?
Only the recovered share is our conservative assumption; every other value is yours and is marked in the table.
What arrives by email?
The same numbers you see on screen plus the source table. The server does not recalculate them.
